Thereby, the 16th 360-year cycle also ended in 2000, which was year 5760 (16x360) on the Hebrew calendar. This is important because 16+17 equals 33. Since these are cycles on the ancient zodiac, the point where they meet and mark the start of the new age (Aquarius) has been encoded as 33 degrees. Each spans 30 degrees on the zodiac. Thereby, 30 degrees is a direct allusion to zodiac ages. Since there are 3 basic degrees in Freemasonry, adding 30 zodiac-derived degrees sums to 33. Also, notice that 3+3 equals six and above the eagle's head, surrounded by clouds, are six (3+3) stars surrounding a tighter group of seven.
